ASSOCIATE
PASTORS

The Office of the Associate Pastorate of Kingdom Fellowship was officially established in February 2010. Those appointed to this area of ministry were chosen to provide an additional level of assistance to Pastor Findley and service to the congregation of Kingdom Fellowship by encouraging greater cohesiveness amongst the leadership of the church and facilitating the spiritual and practical growth of the laity.
The Associate Pastors are part of a team relationship with Pastor Findley and serve as his right hand in carrying out the ministry of the church. Their main responsibilities involve carrying out the vision of the Pastor and Church; assumming the pastoral role in Pastor's absence; developing leaders for more effective ministry; building relationships with members while ministering to both spiritual and practical needs; and outreach to assimilate new disciples into the local body of our church.
Under the leadership and authority of the Pastor, the Associate Pastorate performs responsibilities to enable Pastor Findley to focus more on teaching, preaching, and discipleship. While in service to Pastor Findley and ultimately every member of the laity, the primary responsbility of the Associate Pastorate is to enhance the overall Ministry of Kingdom Fellowship by establishing progressive, well-defined, effectively operating ministries within the church.
